Welcome to our store. By placing an order through our site, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Pre-Order Policy
Products listed as Pre-Order are not yet in stock and will be shipped once available. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that your order will be fulfilled within approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline is an estimate and may vary based on production and shipping conditions.

2. Order Processing & Shipping
Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. All standard orders are processed in the order they are received.

3. Cancellations & Changes
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order is considered confirmed and in production. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of pre-orders and limited-edition items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
