1. Pre-Order Policy
Products listed as Pre-Order are not yet in stock and will be shipped once available. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that your order will be fulfilled within approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline is an estimate and may vary based on production and shipping conditions.

2. Order Processing & Shipping
Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. All standard orders are processed in the order they are received
